Chaos Dwarfs for Grand Tournaments

We are active participants in the Games Workshop hobby and collectors of Chaos Dwarfs. We are concerned that our army is not allowed to be used at the Warhammer Grand Tournaments. We would like the Ravening Hordes army list to be revisited and published, either as a supplement or an article in White Dwarf and for it to be Tournament Legal so that we may, if we choose, enter the Warhammer Grand Tournament with our preferred Army- the Chaos Dwarfs.
