I would like you to consider making changes to the Child Support Guidelines for a true shared fifty, fifty parenting custody arrangement. Men and women around the world pay child support to ex spouses who choose to either be unemployed or under employed for the purpose of receiving child support payments out of spite and revenge or have new partners who are able to support them. Surely any one involved in a divorce which include children, knows how the court system works. A good portion of people pay unnecessary amounts of child support because of poor choices from there former spouse. So why should they suffer because of others who do this surely with purpose? I ask every single one who reads this petition to do something about it. I hope this petition will be taken into consideration and help stop men and women who abuse the court system and the child support guidelines.

I agree that there should be no child support when there is a shared parenting agreement, as my ex & I have this agreement, however she is on social assistance & the government is wanting to take me for child support, which is retarded, it was her

Changes NEED to be made. If you share 50/50 NO MONEY should be exchanged unless medical bills are not covered. GOOD LUCK I HOPE THIS HELPS!!
