We the undersigned are in strong favor of having a separate off-leash dog park located on East Hill in Kent. We believe that the City of Kent should create an off-leash dog park, accessible to all residents and visitors, where pets can safely be taken for exercise and play. This solution, we believe, will address concerns of all users in city recreational areas, help maintain natural environments, and allow both dog owners and non-dog owners the opportunity to recreate in a non-interfering way.
