I support the City of Steamboat Springs, Colorado, adopting the
N-CTRL (Non-Cigarette Tobacco Retailer Licensing)Ordinance that will require retailers of non-cigarette tobacco to be licensed to sell these products. The licensing fees will be used to sustain local enforcement of existing Colorado law that prohibits the sell of tobacco products to anyone under the age of 18.
