This is a petition against CNN-IBN new TV channel in India. They are providing news but the news is sometime biased and harmful to communal peace of India.
On 1st May 2006 CNN-IBN has tried to spread such news again regarding Vadodara.
They have broadcasted news of violence at Baroda in distorted manner. CNN-IBN had given the news with Communal riots heading. Please read the facts of the case.
Vadodara Municipal Authorities are trying to make roads of Vadodara better by removing all types of encroachment. During which they have already removed more than 8 Mandir and garden of 25 houses (including high profile people). But when it came to remove Dargah from road, local people had protested it and turned violent.
Police had use power to control them.
Now where is the communal riots have come into picture ?
Why CNN-IBN using this kind of bad publicity ?
Why they are trying to provoke communal rift between people of India ?
This kind of wrong news can cause big damage to communal harmony of India.
