We, the undersineds, hereby announce our complain on the high tarriff of mobile communications particularly SMS service. And demand the esteemed government of I.R. Iran and Information and Communications Ministry to revise the tarriffs in order to match cost and competitive market prices.
All the signatories are requested to stop unnecessary cell phone usage till our objective is realized.
