Honourable President, Your Honour is aware of the series of scams and corruptions, in last three months have rocked the country and shaken the confidence of the citizen of our Nation on the Government’s system and the administration. The way the corruptions and scams are spreading like virus throughout the country engulfing the entire Nation, will have serious consequences, if it goes unchecked immediately. It is a matter of grave concern that attempts are afoot to rationalize the scams and corruptions without any remorse is bound to degenerate the moral and ethical fabrics of the society. On 10th December, The Human Rights Day, we the concerned citizens of Gujarat request your Honour to take appropriate Suo Motto action immediately to stop scams and corruptions and punish the culprits and those engaged in manipulating the system do not go scot free; so that the confidence of the citizens of our country is restored in our democratic setup inherent in our Constitution.
