Conduct Jury Trial and narco-test in public on cow-killers

Dear MP\MLA of India,

I am voter of your constituency. I order you to print the following law-drafts in Gazette. 

1. if a cow-killer is caught, then he will be subjected to narco-test in public.

2. The accused will be subjected to Jury Trial by a Jury of 15 voters selected at random from voter list between the  age of 30 years and 55 years. The punishment will be as approved by 11 out of 15 Jurors.

3. Right to recall Jury administrator : Further, the Jury Administrator will be appointed by CM and recallable by voters. Any voter can approve can 5 person for the post of Jury Administrator. The voter can approve them personally by visiting Talati\Patwari office or via SMS from his registered mobile. The approvals will come on the website of the collector. And the voter can change the approvals anyday. And if any person gets approval of over 50% of ALL voters in the district, and 2% of ALL more voters than existing JA, then CM may appoint the new person as JA.

4. If 8 or more Jurors demand narco-test of accused in public, then the district police chief using a qualified doctor will conduct a narco-test on the accused in public.
