Congress Heights Residents Say No To Peaceoholics Halfway House

We the undersigned, oppose the establishment of any type of group home, apartment sharing arrangement, independent living facility, youth residential care home, community residence facility, rehabilitation and substance abusers' homes or any other similar housing at 1300 Congress Street, SE, Washington, DC. This would be a direct violation of Title 11 of the DC Municipal Regulation Chap. 3 Section 350.4(i). These types of facilities shall have an adverse impact on the neighborhood because of traffic, noise, operations, and/or the number of similar facilities in the area.
