Recall of Board Members - Ed Duhaine,Gerald Smith,Shirley Avis,Virginia Ruge,Debbie Seppers

1. The above named Board Members voted to increase our monthly dues without finding alternative ways to prevent this from happening, such as keeping Jamco(the most expensive company in the nation)knowing that they were costing us too much money. Money that could have built up our reserves and kept this last big increase from happening.

2. The above named Board Members voted for and encouraged Newt Thorne to pursue the "Dryer Vent Scam". It took legal action to stop the Dryer Vents Scam from happening. Which would of cost each homeowner an additional $600-$900 dollars per unit.

3. The Above named Board Members were given ways to possibly arbitrate and save our roofs at no cost to the homeowner which would of helped our reserves. Each board member ignored/dismissed these requests concerning this matter for over a year now.

4. The above named board members never investigated a number of instances to find out the real truth and have cost the homeowners much in wasted time and money. They are responsible for not making Colorado Management accountable for a variety of instances.

5. The Vice President and Treasurer continue to bring up negative issues that happenend in the past and have nothing to do with the future. Our current board meetings are not the right place or time. After being told by new board members and the property management to stop it. It is wasting valuable time trying to get the important work done. Ed Duhaine and Gerald Smith continue to play the blame game. They also suppressed and kept bids from being submitted at lower costs. They were caught taking a homeowners bid out of the package without the consent of other board members just because they didn't like the homeowner.

We don't have time to waste, we only have one meeting per month!

We ask for a vote of "No Confidence" For each of the named above board members. We demand that they be removed from the Cottonwood Villas Board immediately.

We appreciate all your support in the past and look forward to quickly getting our present situation turned around! We are proud to have our new board members on board and thank-you all for your continued suport!
