Creating A New World on Neopets

This is a petition saying that Neopets deserves a new world designed by neopians. If this is allowed 2 or 3 neopians will go on all the boards asking what the neopians want. The new world will be made with what a large majority of neopians want in a world. TNT (The Neopets Team) needs to let some neopians stand up and show what we think is right and not just assume that what they create we all will think it's right.
