CS 033 Second-Year Extention Course

The undersigned believe that the Computer Science Department of the University of Western Ontario should create and offer a course that is an extension of the first level 033 course, Multimedia and Communications. As well, if possible, the undersigned agree that this course should be offered as a 2000 level course, falling in line with the new revamped course levels of 2008 / 2009.
