CT - Maximum penalty for Brannon Chandler - 5 puppies killed

This petition asks the court to give Brannon Chandler, 20 years old, of Seymour, CT, the maximum penalty for slashing the throats of 6 puppies & left for dead in the cold.
Only one, amazing Grace, has survived. She is trying to recover at a vet office.

Twenty-year-old Brandon Chandler is facing six counts of animal cruelty. The vicious attack happened at a house where the suspect lived with dogs' owners.
The suspect was arraigned this morning and held on $50,000 bail. Police tell News Channel 8 that the man may have attacked the dogs because the owners refused to give him one of the puppies.

Some people committing violence towards animals also kill people in the future.
We ask the judicial system to sentence Brannon Chandler the maximum penalty for animal cruelty. An example must be set for those in the future that consider killing any living creature, man or animal.
