As Medallion members of the Sky Miles program, spending many, many hours aboard their aircraft, we expect a little more from Delta - and for the most part, that is what they provide.
However, when traveling on trans-Atlantic, trans-pacific flights, and select South American flights, we are unable to reserve exit row seating in advance, an old Delta policy.
