Disenfranchised Communities of San Francisco for The 14th Amendment

We, the undersigned, call on The Honorable Mayor Gavin Newsom of San Francisco, San Francisco Chief of Police Heather Fong and Honorable Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi, Speaker of House of Representatives to act fairly towards the disenfranchised communities of San Francisco by exercising The Fourteen amendment to the United States Constitution.





[The Fourteen Amendment]:


Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.





In the spirit of the Fourteen Amendment and the Declaration of Independence, we request:





1. No injunctions be implemented in the city of San Francisco, as it is a vague order, denying citizens of their Fourteen Amendment rights.





2. Financial compensation in light of Imputative damages both physical and psychological suffered by disenfranchises communities when city the police department fails to solve murders, among other crimes, and city officials choose not to repair these neighborhoods, though they our occupied by taxpayers, homeowners and law abiding citizens.





3. Police presence increased at known hot spots around the city, places where murders have the highest statistical mode, and where the crime-solve ratio is higher than the statistical mean for the City and County of San Francisco.


4. The San Francisco Police Department and City Hall take full responsibility for their discrimination against disenfranchises communities by implementing self-constructive laws, guidelines and procedures, strictly for the police department and city officials, to be followed by each officer and official to counter the obvious and overwhelming prejudice existent in the San Francisco City Government.





These requests are warranted by their reasons stated. These reasons satisfy the requirements for The Honorable Mayor Gavin Newsom of San Francisco, San Francisco Chief of Police Heather Fong and Honorable Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi, Speaker of House of Representatives to act fairly towards the disenfranchised communities.
