"I JUST AGREE THAT TAKING THE INMATES MONEY IS VERY WRONG.I ALSO THINK IT'S WRONG THAT THEY MAKE THEM TAKE A DNA TEST BECAUSE THEY COULD EASILY SET UP INMATES ON CRIMES THAT THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH IT.IJUST THINK IT'S A BAD IDEA"
