I am tired of getting credit cards and solicitations. This petition would help create a law that would prohibit any mail being sent that has your private information on it. But I am tired of shredding these, you should be too. If this petition gets lots of signatures, hopefully it will be a law and reality. I hope it gets to washington. This is the "NO SEND LIST". But this is expecially for credit card companies and solicitiation offers that use your private information. But any solicitation that doesn't use your private information stated above would be exempt, (like coupons, business flyers) the government or official agency would also be exempt. And any business that you "opt in" or call and want that product/service would be allowed to send.

I hereby agree to sign this official "NO SEND LIST" in which any business can not send ANY mail to you that solicites and sells any item, service, or other means ands uses your private information. Including but not limited to your real name, social security numbers, credit card numbers, birthdate, or any other official ID that would be deemed as private. But any solicitation that doesn't use your private information stated above would be exempt, also the government or official agency would also be exempt.
