The borough of St-Leonard (in Montreal) disallows dogs to be walked in parks. Dog owners have to drive to other boroughs to have family picnics or to walk their dogs in a quiet environment. We ask that the regulation be changed to allow dogs to be in parks on leash (at all times).
L'arrondissement de St-Leonard (à Montréal) interdit aux chiens d'être promus dans les parcs. Les propriétaires de chiens doivent conduire dans d'autres quartiers pour avoir des pique-niques en famille ou pour marcher leurs chiens dans un environnement calme. Nous demandons que le règlement soit modifié pour permettre aux chiens d'être dans des parcs en laisse (en tout temps).
