Dear Prince William County Supervisors,
As a Prince William County resident and a horse enthusiast, I strongly encourage you to defer the public hearing of the rezoning request by Toll Brothers for Dominion Valley Country Club. This proposal has been radically changed from the original proposal submitted in June and has been changed merely days before the public hearing. The public has not had adequate time to be educated of this new proposal and to provide an educated response. Further, I strongly recommend that all future proffer donations of land for recreational uses be given solely to the Prince William County Park Authority, versus private entities, where public comment can be obtained to determine the best uses for the property based on the needs and wants of the community that is affected.
