Don't Ban Legits from MS

This is In regards to the banning of Legit player, such as myself, from maplestory. All help is appreciated. Below is the letter I wrote to them:

Dear Wizet,

I sadly have nothing but bad news for you today. When I enter my login Info, I'm getting accused of hacking or using a third party tool. I will try to put this in a polite manner. I have played this game for about 9 months, and my highest character level is 76 followed by another character who is level 37. Be free to check this information on your own database. I'm sorry to say, but if I was a hacker:

I wouldnt have an account with merely a lvl 76 after 9 MONTHS of play. Don't believe me? Check it yourself. Hackers take a few weeks to gain my position.

I'm currently organizing a petition and thinking about taking some sort of action against this unexplained banning. Perhaps it will persuade you enough to at least look into why I'm banned. The petition will be signed by the 100's of people who've recognized me as a LEGIT player for 9 MONTHS. I've been playing maple since the Christmas Letter's where out. I still have some, and I even have one or two of those gold stars.

I understand you are trying to do your job, but I am one of the players who try to find hackers and report them. Also, do not say that if i attack a mob made my a hacker i am considered one aswell. Because i have never attacked a mob made from Vac Hacking.
I will be waiting on either an apology to a misunderstanding, perhaps because I was on the same map as a hacker, or real proof that I myself am a hacker. If you prove to me that I have hacked, Despite only being level 76 after 9 MONTHS, I will withdraw from this Inquiry Business. I will be awaiting a response. Thank you for your time.
