We the Citizens of Vermont do hereby draft Lieutenant Governor Brian Dubie to run for the Office of Governor of the State of Vermont.
Lt. Gov. Brian Dubie has demonstrated through his honorable service to the State of Vermont, not only in the office of Lieutenant Governor but also in his extensive military career and local community, his dedication to the citizens of this State.
Brian would best represent the Republican platform ideals of limited government, honesty in public service, and maintain a fiscally conservative budget. Working Vermonters cannot afford to let the office of Governor slip into the hands of tax and spend liberals.
