We, the undersigned Deaf, Hard-of-Hearing, and concerned parties request that DSL internet providers make available said services to Deaf and HOH customers without maintaining a Land-based telephone line which they cannot use, and in many cases can barely afford.
Providing these services will not only aid your Deaf and HOH customers, but keep them from switching to other providers such as Cable and Satellite providers.
