DVCC HOA Board Request to Change Internet Provider

We the homeowners of Dominion Valley want a quality Internet Service provider that can maintain the infrastructure and provide the quality throughput speeds necessary that other neighboring communities have currently.
The past 3 years have been a struggle with our current provider (Advanced Broadband).
1. Poor Service
2. Inadequate connection speeds.
3. Frequent downtimes
4. And a lack or inability to maintain an overall service comparable to our neighbors.
These problems have been continuous for many years, and while we continue to bring the problem to the HOA board, little or nothing has been done to solve the problem. The fact that Advanced Broadband is a subsidiary of Toll Brothers should not preclude Toll from acting in our best interest and look towards getting a new provider for the community that can handle the service request we are asking for.
