eBay: Ban Selling Non-existent Items

megamediadepot should be banned from eBay. This person tries to sell products that he does not even know for sure that he has. He causes us to waste our time by bidding and he doesn't even e-mail us if it is out of stock, we have to e-mail him (in many cases). He has 200+ negative feedbacks in ONE MONTH. This is overshadowed by the 4500+ positive feedbacks, which is very misleading, since a big chunk of people who left positive mentioned their item was out of stock, but left positive feedback only because a refund was given. We do not need imaginary items listed on eBay. So please, ban megamediadepot from selling on the site and add in rule for selling that you actually have to have the item you are selling.
