Eldest Release Date

We, the readers and devoted fans of the Inheritance Trilogy, find it hard to overcome the fact that we all will have to wait over a year for Eldest, the next book in the trilogy. If Christopher had asked for a later deadline, then we would understand the delay of Eldest. However, we know for fact that Christopher had nothing to do with the hindrance of the book. Because of this, we are disappointed by the fact that Alfred A. Knopf, the publisher of the Inheritance Trilogy, felt inclined to postpone the release date of Eldest. On the condition that Christopher Paolini still has the same deadline as he had when the book was to be released in the fall of 2004, we believe that Eldest should be released when it was originally intended to be.
As we are truly dedicated fans of Christopher Paolini, we will endlessly wait for any novel of his even if it we had to linger for more than three years. Nonetheless, we believe that Eldest should be released in the fall of 2004 its original release date. We understand that Christopher is a newly aspiring author, and his books need and deserve excessive amounts of publicity. Even so, in our opinions, it is morally wrong to make the committed fans of the Inheritance Trilogy wait an extra year for a book that is already complete.
Every true fan of Christopher Paolinis amazing trilogy deeply hopes that the publishers will reconsider their decision to put off the release until the fall of 2005.
