"I have two great sport cars which are not designed to have front plates. I have defaced both of them to put the plate on. For aerodynamic and asthetic reasons I would like to be lawfully able to reove these front plates and repair my cars."

"My car was made out of state and has no place in front for a license plate. Many cars do not have a place in the front for a license plate. Outside of possibly wiring a license plate to the front grill and ruining the paint, or taping it to the windshield"
