Vimos por este meio propor à Liga Portuguesa de Futebol Profissional (LPFP) e ao Sporting Clube de Portugal (SCP) o seguinte acordo:
Retirar ao Sport Lisboa e Benfica (SLB) o título de vencedor da Taça da Liga da edição 2008/2009 e atribuí-lo ao SCP.
Por sua vez, a LPFP devolveria ao SLB todos os pontos erradamente sonegados no decorrer da Liga Sagres 2008/2009, retirando, ao mesmo tempo, os pontos que beneficiaram injustamente o SLB.
