We are counting on you to save child care. Nearly 17,000 New York City Children are at risk of losing their critical early education services.
Families that rely on child care subsidies work hard and play by the rules
Without these programs, many working family members will be unable to keep their jobs and provide for their household
Our communities depend on the 300 early education classrooms and 2,800 family provider slots at risk of elimination to prepare children for success in school
We the undersigned parents, neighbors and New Yorkers, believe it is morally wrong to balance the city budget on the backs of young children and hard-working families. We are counting on you to save childcare.
