END CHILD POVERTY IN THE UK NOW!
We the undersigned call for the UK government to invest more time and effort in putting a stop to child poverty in the UK. The government needs to invest 4 billion to meet their target to half child poverty in the UK by 2010. We also believe the government should introduce seasonal grants to help the poorest families when they most need itand therefore eradicate child poverty in the UK by 2020.
Basically, we want the government to sit up and take action!

Labour Ministers should be ashamed that after 10 years of Labour Government inequaltity is worse than under the last Conservative Government and that child poverty still exists. Is this what was "new" about New Labour.
