END HOMELESSNES IN THE STATE OF ARIZONA

This is a petiton 2 make homelessness in metropolotan areas illegal in the state of arizona.there are homeless individuals for a variety of reasons, but it isnt ok for them 2 be on the streets. some have fallen on hard circumstances but most are on drugs or mentally ill and are a danger 2 society and any1 walking on a public sidewalk. they routiney haunt libraries and make them unpleasant to go to. who feels safe bringing their children to the park when there are homeless people talking to themslves? they make areas look ghetto and increase crime.this needs to go away why is this still going on in the 21st century? Take these people off of the AZ's streets.
