BARC's first mission is to help the local animal shelter of Cullman County reach their goal of becoming an EBI (Euthanasia by Injection) facility ONLY.
This will END the use of their gas chamber which is how most of the animals are put down currently at the shelter. Cullman County is one of only four remaining gas chambers in the state!
