End The Israeli-Palestinian Conflict

Dear Mr. President,

We implore you to exert the influence and leverage of the United States of America, the mightiest world power, to end the Israeli-Palestinian conflict in a just and fair outcome, commensurate with United Nations Resolutions and International Law.

In the name of the empowerment that the people of the United States invested in you, in the name of upholding the American ideals of freedom and democracy, and in affirmation of the United States stand against human rights violations, prejudices, discrimination, and genocide we appeal to you to act.

The conflict is becoming seriously entangled and complex, aggravated by excessive use of force, human rights violations, premeditated atrocities and genocide under the pretext of religious, security and nationalistic claims, against United Nations Resolutions, International Laws, bona fide historical facts and rights, and against the world hopes for peace, stability and economic prosperity in the twenty-first-century New World Order.

The conflict is perpetuating a stark abuse of human values and life, and has dragged the Middle East back to the atrocious, intolerable and repulsive prejudices and practices of WW II.

The United States, armed with its moral ideals and principles, a strong world leadership, and with its strong economic and military leverage can effect a just solution. The United States can rally the world powers around the cause of Middle East peace. It can call upon ex-Presidents and former Secretaries of State for counsel. It can also recruit the best honest, unbiased, unprejudiced think tanks and intellectuals to formulate a just solution. In so doing it can by-pass the politics of unfair lobbying practices and bring about the implementation of a just and lasting Middle East peace: a peace that transcends all human prejudices and political frailties.

A solution left to mistaken views about the past, dogma, hatred, prejudice and force can only cause endless violence and bloodshed.

The United States deep and vital interests in the Middle East, and its moral and economic commitment to the people of the region can be employed constructively to help solve the conflict, equitably and promptly. With neutral objectives and participation the US is the only world power that can succeed.
