The petition is to have junior college entrance requirements reviewed for 2 year college degrees, trade schools, and certificates.
Such requirements as SAT/ACT, English Second Language Exams, and Math/English level exams.
The proof the student graduated from a same County high school, has to provide extra material to prove that they are able after admission into the 2 year college program or certificate program. An extra cost for the student, and emotional strain the first semester.
Including any extra entrance exam into any class, that the teacher is administering. Not to add more requirements or turn the passing score into 80\% or higher.
