We the undersigned hereby request that all rules, laws and policies be adjusted to allow Canadians of all sexual orientations including but not limited to gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered the equal opportunity of to donate blood. In doing so, we request it be made illegal to ask any person of their sexual orientation for the purposes of donating blood and in a case where a person's sexual orientation is divulged, it also be made illegal for said orientation to be deemed to hold any relevance in the donation of their blood.
