Dear: Governor Doyle
Last Sunday April24,2005 I found the body of Diane Benham in the fox river wail on a fishing trip. She had jump (committed Suicide) from the Leo Frigo bridge (Tower Drive) here in Green Bay. This is not the first time some one has tried committed Suicide here and on Sunday May 1,2005 and another woman had tried to jump off the bridge. I feel that the Bridge is attracting Person who want to end there life. I also feel that a deterrent could be erected prevent these tragedies from happing again.

Governor I feel that a ten foot fence could be placed on both sides of the bridge along with a facing in bobwire top this could defiant be a deterrent that would help in future suicide attempts.
I have also written a simmer email to Mayor Jim Schmitt of Green Bay. I know that the bridge is not the responsibly of the city of Green Bay and that it is a state Responsibly and I feel with your help that we could get this suicide problem stopped.

I know that there is a lot of things on your plat right now with the state But if this could be look at I would be vary happy.
