We, the Determined undersigned, demand that the elected officials abide by the will of the majority who elected the Mayor under the promise of keeping to a 0\% tax increase for 2008. By adding our names to this petition, we are demanding:
a) tax increases for the 2008 taxation year to be 0\% as was promised
b) that you look internally for cuts to bring fiscal expectations inline with what the public expected after amalgamation
c) that you exercise good fiscal responsibility and prudence with the taxpayer's money and not spend on projects which segregate the community or special interest groups (Such as the purchase of the Grant Alternative School to be given for the site of a Francophone Community & Commercial centre )
