Dear SisterWind Visitors:

Factory Farming is legalized torture of millions of animals every day in America.

A hideously shameful situation, Factory Farming is the practice of relentless horrific cruelty on living beings every minute of every day, cruelty that would be illegal if perpetrated on our pets or ourselves. For the poor factory-farmed animals there is no end to the daily horror and suffering.

It is time to wake up and pay attention to the torture that is being done to animals in this country for the profit of a few.

Sentient beings should NEVER be tortured nor put through this senseless and despicable practice. It is unhealthy for Americans to eat meat raised in this hideous manner, it is unhealthy for the spirit of America to allow this type of day-in and day-out suffering to be happening unchecked and hidden behind the windowless walls of factory barns across America, right there in your backyard.

Imagine it. Imagine the suffering these animals are experiencing. Turn on your full power of empathy and realize what exactly their lives are like as they suffer from birth til death in hideous conditions and treatment in order to land on your dinner table.

Please tell your representatives that this torture of animals for profit MUST STOP. New guidelines for the treatment of livestock animals must be created and overseen. The walls of the factory farming barns MUST COME DOWN.

Full transparency and regular responsible inspection of farming practices must be made mandatory. Hiding these hideous practices behind windowless walls can no longer be tolerated by a decent conscious America.

Add your voice to ours at SisterWind.com to wake up America to a most senseless and grievous food-production practice. Factory Farming must stop now.
