Fallout 2 Source Request

We, the undersigned, have been ignored by Interplay/BIS for long enough. Fallout 1 was an excellent game, garnering awards and public acclaim for innovation. Fallout 2 was an excellent game to a lesser extent, but with scripting and design flaws that impeded the enjoyment of the game. Fallout Tactics, through no overt fault on the part of MicroFortй, was a less than spectacular game.

We, the undersigned, are requesting the release of sourcecode of both the Fallout 2 engine and sourcecode for development tools for Fallout 2, free or at a reasonable price to private developers, which were written by Black Isle Studios and Interplay.

We, the undersigned, also request no terms which limit the design modification of this sourcecode.

We, the undersigned, also request that no terms be made which make any modification or adaptation of this code or resulting games be the property of Interplay/BIS.
