"My "up to 8 meg broadband" with BT rarely reaches above 1.5 meg. It was actually faster and had fewer caps when we were on the previous 2 meg broadband that they offered. How does that make sense? And how are they able to charge us more for it? Broadband "

"i have BB from Plusnet, and i have apparently up to 8 meg BB but my router never gets above 6Mbps, and frequently never even reaches that level. plus plusnet, has apparently been bought out by pipex. which is managed or so i am told from the states!!! so "
