Father's Want To Be Involved In Children's Lives - Injustice in Family Courts

Mother's are using Restraining Orders and Personal Protection Orders against Father's to prevent us from seeing our children even when she testifies in a court of law she has never been hit, threatened, or abused by the father. This leds us to acknowledge two truths as a result. The only way to stop a real man from being a father to his son is to kill the man or put him in prison. Unfortunately the later of the two has been my experience. Renee Diane Reed has continuously stonewalled me from engaging in my human right to parent in our son’s life. While Personal Protection Orders are designed to genuinely help women and men from being attacked by a predator: many women manipulate this order in their efforts to prohibit fathers from parental visitation and rights to their children. There is no proof or facts she was threatened, stalked, abused or intimidated by me. As she, Renee Reed, testified in a court of law - family division – as I was applying for visitation rights regarding our son, I had not ever done these things to her. I and I alone had never been threatening, abusive, or stalking in her words. But Renee continues to file the PPO orders from the past 8 years to present day - in which I have been denied any contact with our son. This technique of filing false PPO's orders has continued to deny me birthdays, parent teacher conferences, holidays, and has destroyed my life. In the meantime, our son Chase Anthony Pellin, when bumped into school as family members attend his cousins events, “When can I see my dad?” Please help me with your testimonies, emotional, and financial legal support. We need to speak out and ask who is really looking out for the best interest of our children.
