FEDERAL RECOGNITION OF ALL OFFICERS & INSTRUCTORS OF CADETS SINCE WW2
We, the People whose Names Appear below, Petition the Prime Minister and the Federal Government of Australia, to recognize, in a Military Manner, ALL those Men and Women, who have Contributed to the ADF Cadets of Australia, as Officers or Instructors, since WW2, in a Similar Manner to the Australian Defence Medal, being granted to Regulars and Reserves for a minimum contribution of 4 years Service, by way of a Medal and Ribbon to wear proudly on ANZAC Day and other Ceremonial Occasions and to indicate to all, the Tremendous effort, made by these people, to these Special Youth of Australia and the ADF.
The issuing of the ADM to Regulars and Reserves has destroyed the Parity which existed between the Cadet Staff and Regulars / Reserves, at the Old 12 years New 15 years where all received Recognition for Long Service, having left Australian Shores or not.
The Cadet Staff are the Only Persons, Associated with the ADF, who are NOT recognized at 4 years.
