- Before WORLDCUP 2006, you told the referees you guys should give YELLOW/RED cards according to the established rules.

- In the height of the games, and given a general impression of "flooding" of CARDs, he formally declared "some referees are not up to the standard by giving out too many cards (esp for the Russian referee)"... WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU THINKING?? PRESIDENT Blatter... THEY WERE JUST DOING WHAT YOU SAID!!!
