Final Fantasy XI Account Penalties Policy Resolution and Adjustment

Dear Square Enix,

At this time, the community of Final Fantasy XI would like to extend a practical and optional resolution to account penalties. The following would include current and retroactively subscribers to the Final Fantasy XI service that meet the criteria of account penalties.

The proceeding idea is open to revisions by Square Enix where necessary if in fact added to the "Final Fantasy XI User Agreement".

Extended suspension, or extended option of penalty fee(s) is variable to the offense by the subscriber involved, the number of repeated offenses, or otherwise unmentioned violations.
The subscriber will indemnify Square Enix of any liability herein if any (1) or (2) of the amendments are granted and further violation occurs.

i. Additional options for temporary account suspension VARYING by the offense, in example; 1 to 6 months.

ii. Penalty fee(s) to reactivate character, in example; $50.00 to $100.00 USD that the subscriber may pay to restore their character.


In the event the account is placed under a status of "permanent banning" the subscriber is limited to only (1) of the above resolutions.
