Financial Burden of Fouth Year Students of St. Matthews University School of Medicine

We the students of St. Matthews University School of Medicine are not pleased with the financial policy of our fourth year in this institution. We do not think it is right that we have to pay such a huge percentage of our electives and selectives on top of what we have to pay for tuition. If our tuition is able to cover the cost of cores why would our tuition not be enough to cover the cost of selectives and electives? Since cores take longer to complete than do both selectives and electives combined.

We the students of St. Matthews University of Medicine will find it very difficult to pay an addition estimated amount of $4,500 US on top of the normal clinical science tuition and on top of room and board.

We the students of St. Matthews University of Medicine are signing this petition in unity due to the fact that we all agree that there is something wrong about these finances.
