We, the undersigned, request that Apple Computer, Inc. officially acknowledge and address the defect in the Finder in MacOS X 10.3.x. The defect causes the Finder application to use all available CPU resources while browsing folders with image files taken with Digital Camera's like the Nikon D70 DSLR.

We believe that Apple should:
- Publicly acknowledge this flaw in the 10.3.x Finder Application.
- Fix the error as soon as possible and make it available through Software Update to all users.
