FPT must change

I hereby state that I am appalled by the service provided by FPT. Repairs are carried out slowly, customer service is terrible, and no refunds are given during periods of no internet. I hereby state that FPT must improve its service; in particular, automatically notifying residence of internet outages, improving its response time, and refunding for periods when no internet is available. If FPT fails to do this I will cease my contract with FPT and ensure as many people as possible are aware of the corporate misconduct carried out by this company.
