Free Libya Access to Frozen Libyan Assets in the US

President Barack Obama,
Dear Sir,
I would like to thank the United States of America stance it has taken towards Libya in supporting and protecting the civilian population from an eminent massacre in Benghazi on March 19th 2011. Evidence of this was shown subsequently by the criminal Gaddafi regime in many areas of Libya, most notably, Az-Zawiah and Misrata.
The Libyan people as represented by the Transitional National Council (TNC) deserve to lead Libya to the 21st Century by shedding Mr. Gaddafi as expeditiously as possible. Ending the Gaddafi regime would be accelerated by allowing the TNC to access Libyas funds frozen here in US financial institutions. The means for allowing Libya and Libyans to access these funds must be and found on moral and legal grounds. These funds have been hijacked by Mr. Gaddafi and have been diverted while Libyans have suffered and continue to suffer today.
I urge you to consider all means possible to allow Libya to access these funds through the TNC immediately. This will go a long way to bring an end to the Gaddafi regime and bring Libya to be a fully democratic country standing shoulder to shoulder with the world community for freedom and democracy throughout the world.
