Free non violent inmates serving under the Habitual Offender Act of 1980. In 2000 this Act was changed for Habitual Offenders to not receive Life With Out Parole for non violent crimes, such as alcohol and drug addiction related crimes. The officials changed the law at the last minute to not include those already sentenced under this law. Sign this petition to Grandfather those already serving under the Habitual Offender Act.
