Free Shoaib Dar , The innocent Pakistani wrongfully jailed in Kuwait.

This petition is for the purposes of the immediate and unconditional release of Mr. Shoaib Hanif Dar, a Pakistani citizen and a former Kuwait Airways sales officer, falsely accused in a Kuwait Airlines tickets scam. Shoaib was the ONLY officer that was ever tried over this alleged ticket scam. He was repeatedly detained for long periods of time. All his assets were frozen, hindering him from fighting against these blatantly false accusations.

He was then wrongly convicted, in 2003, and sentenced to three years in prison after a sham trial, where no substantial evidence was presented. On the contrary the committee that was commissioned to investigate the ticket scam UNANIMOUSLY CLEARED MR. SHOAIB.

Mr. Shoaib's astonishing ordeal did not end there however. After serving his sentence, he was then transferred to a deportation jail so he could be deported back to his homeland, Pakistan. The authorities informed him that he would have to stay an additional six months because he could not pay his fine.

PRESENTLY, MR. SHAOIB HANIF DAR IS STILL IN KUWAIT'S DEPORTATION JAIL SINCE OCTOBER 27TH 2007 AWAITING HIS RELEASE SO HE CAN GO BACK TO HIS WIFE, KIDS AND ELDERLY PARENTS, WHO HAVE NOT SEEN HIM FOR OVER A DECADE.

HE HAS APPEALED TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE HE CAN, INCLUDING THE PAKISTANI MEDIA AND GOVERMENT, BEGGING THEM FOR JUSTICE. HOWEVER EVEN AFTER PAKISTAN'S PRESIDENT ZARDARI & PRIME MINISTERS GILANI'S RECENT VISITS TO KUWAIT, THIS ISSUE WAS NOT EVEN BROUGHT UP, INSTEAD IT WAS INTENTIALLY AVOIDED.

WILL YOU ALSO ALLOW THIS INOCENT FELLOW PAKISTANI AND HUMAN BEING TO SUFFER ANY LONGER?
