On September 14, 2006, Duane "Dog" Chapman, Leland Chapman and Tim Chapman were arrested by United States Marshals and jailed in Honolulu.
All three are charged with felony restraint involving the 2003 capture of Andrew Luster because they refused to surrender Luster to Mexican officials.
This petition was created to tell both the United States and Mexican Government that We The People give our fill support to Duane, Leland and Tim no matter the outcome of this battle. They will always be heroes for what they did three years ago.
